St. Johns Coffee Roasters Awning and Door
The owner of St. Johns Coffee Roasters approached us to complete their business expansion and tenant improvement project. We led the project from pre-design through conceptual design and permitting, including fixture, equipment and furniture placement. The exterior design required meeting applicable zoning, sign, and design overlay requirements; while also meeting the property owner and tenants goals for the finished facade.
