Powell Bus Garage Replacement Project
We are the local Architect under the prime Architect, Stantec, for the redevelopment of our local transit agency’s active bus maintenance and operator dispatch facility. The project has been phased to preserve all existing functions on the site during construction, while also increasing the capacity to handle more buses and associated activities and personnel. We are leading the engagement and tracking on all permitting, designing the bus wash and fueling buildings, leading the on-site construction contract administration efforts, and generally assisting Stantec with their design and documentation efforts.
